Company Description BattleHawk Armory is a leading brick & mortar and online retailer of firearms and ammunition. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Grimes, IA for an ATF Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that BattleHawk Armory is compliant with any relevant regulation and laws affecting our industry and with any/all ATF regulations. The Compliance Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing support and guidance to management and staff on compliance matters, and overseeing the completion of internal audits and compliance reviews. Qualifications * Five or more years of experience in a similar compliance role * Strong knowledge of firearms laws and regulations * Detail Oriented and organized * Familiarity with ATF and other regulatory agencies * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and timelines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience in the firearms industry is a plus * Previous Sporting Goods and/or ATF compliance experience * Must be able to work on site or relocate to Grimes, Iowa (Des Moines Iowa metro)
